Founder & CEO
Mike Sumsky is the owner and founder of Washington Home Solutions. He lives in Kitsap County and is on the board of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, rooting for the Seahawks, enjoying the outdoors, golfing and wine tasting.

Operations Manager
Mandy Henry has worked in residential construction as a former business owner as well as an operations, feasibility and property manager for over 30 years combined. She is also the Hospitality/Stage Manager for the Non profit Admiral Theatre Foundation in downtown Bremerton, WA. She is a passionate supporter of biblical studies, community arts, dogs and doting on her granddaughter.

When not navigating the real estate market, Steven can be found exploring the region's trails, mountains, and waterfronts with his wife and young daughter.

Romeo Guerra is a retired U.S. Marine originally from New York and a seasoned real estate professional since 2011. Outside of real estate, Romeo values time with his wife and children, and enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories with his family.
